Originally built in 1909 by renowned Architect/Builder Fredrick L. Hine, this beautiful Renaissance Revival Limestone has plenty of room for us and our guests on separate floors.

Guests enter from their own private entrance to the spacious garden unit with over 1000 square feet. The front bay windows illuminate the living room where you can relax on the large couch in front of the flat-screen smart TV.

Past the living room, the triple-wide hallway connects the two full-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom, before leading down to the kitchen.

The spacious living room has a 14,000 BTU air conditioning unit, and a large L-shaped couch for lounging. The side table contains some charging cables you can use during your stay.

The entranceway has a console table with a mirror, and hand sanitizer, and underneath you can find books and umbrellas to borrow during your stay.

The larger bedroom has double nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a smart TV, and the closet has hangars, an extra blanket, and an oscillating fan.

The smaller bedroom has a nightstand with a lamp and the closet also has hangars, an extra blanket, and another oscillating fan.

The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a non-slip mat for the shower under the sink cabinet. The shower also has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In the cabinet drawers you will find the first aid kit, hair dryer and additional hand sanitizer. We also have a black makeup towel so please use that when removing or cleaning up after makeup to avoid staining towels. We provide single-use products such as Q-tips and cotton rounds for your use.

There is a hallway closet outside the bathroom with an iron, an extra blow-dryer, board games, cards, puzzles, and some exercise equipment including a yoga mat, yoga block, thick exercise mat, hand weights, and resistance bands.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, and cups in the upper cabinets. The lower cabinets have the blender, double hot plate, dish rack, and pots and pans. The coffee bar has a Keurig with pods underneath; we also have instant coffee and a french press in the cabinets. There is a kettle as well for tea next to the coffee mugs. Kitchen devices also include a large microwave, Breville convection oven, and a Smeg toaster. There is a full-size fridge with a freezer; inside you will find a Brita filter, which I regularly replace, and ice cubes. Lastly, we have a 6-person dining table with 4 chairs for you to use.

This is our private home so please respect the space as you would your own. I renovated it myself which took the better part of a year, I even built some of the furniture there. Please take care of it well, and thank you.
