Nestled in the heart of Fort Hill, a historic neighborhood in Peekskill, this unique 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath two story updated 1920s farmhouse is just steps away from Fort Hill Park, Downtown Peekskill’s restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, Paramount Theater, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Walking distance from Metro North and just one hour commute to New York City.
The Farmhouse at Fort Hill is a one of a kind, artistic place to pause, enjoy time away, and immerse yourself in nature’s wonders.
The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room that seats six, a half bathroom and a tastefully decorated living room with a working fireplace and impressive views.
On the second floor you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed and more impressive views, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom that offers a pullout sofa and a large, internet-connected TV. The upstairs bathroom offers a full-size shower and soaking tub.
Outdoors, there’s a large backyard with fenced-in patio, and a Weber grill and picnic table, as well as a fire pit and swing.
The home is old and many of its details are original, so we urge guests to enjoy its charm but be considerate. We do ask that you treat the home with love and respect and remove shoes upon arrival.
