This centrally located East Village stylishly designed studio easily fits a couple, the bohemian colors and piano give it an old school true New York flare if you are here for vacation or for work, there is something for everyone.
Studio size apartment, sunny with a cute fire escape on the views of beautiful festive restaurants and the legendary St Marks Place.
Walking distance to Union Square organic markets, lively area with lots of restaurants.
Flexible date - open all of winter for longer sublet- short welcome as well.
There is an upright piano you are welcome to use which Ive inherited from the Dacota building :) and had for about a decade, tuned seasonally!
