Williamsburg has a ton to offer in terms of cool cafes, restaurants, nightlife etc while also being super close to Manhattan.

The building features a gym and laundry room as well as a roof deck with great views over the city.

Only 5 minute walk from 3 different subway lines: J/M/Z, L & G. 15 mins to Union Sq!

The space
As you can see in the pictures, the apartment has all modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc...

The bedroom itself is spacious and features a comfy double (full size) bed, brand new mattress as well as a small balcony.

This is a new building with an on-site super and 24hr camera surveillance.

There is also a small gym and laundry low on the lower level.

Some further amenities that are included:
- your own Nespresso machine
- Bose Bluetooth speaker
- wifi printer

Please be respectful of neighbors when using common areas like the gym or the roof deck.

Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. Strict maximum of 2 guests!
