Experience the allure of this contemporary and spacious apartment in a walk-up building on the second floor. Enjoy the entire space, with views overlooking a playground & a charming church. Located conveniently near the express Q train, 2nd Ave bus, and the 6 train line. The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, and there's a washer with a dryer. Ample closet space is available, and entertainment options include a 70-inch TV with Apple TV in the living room and a 40-inch TV in the bedroom.

Bedroom: Enjoy a queen-sized bed with a cozy duvet, a white noise machine for a peaceful night's sleep, and a 40-inch TV with Apple TV. Two spacious wardrobe closets are at your disposal.

Living Room: Relax on the leather couch while watching the 65-inch flat screen equipped with Apple TV.

Kitchen: Cook in style with a gas stove and oven, a large fridge, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, and a dining room table.

Bathroom: Unwind in the bath tub with a shower, and find convenience with a toilet, medicine cabinet, and a washer & dryer.

This is a self- check in property. No third party bookings! Please be respectful and treat this like a home and not a hotel. Please do not let the door slam or speak loudly in the hallways.
absolutely no parties... Must discuss extra guests prior. There will be an extra guest fee of $200 per guest per night. No loud music after 10pm. If you damage any property in the apartment, you will be charged for the value, and your reservation will be canceled at my discretion with no refund. If you violate the house rules you forfeit the ability to leave a public review. Absolutely NO smoking, if you smoke there will be a $1000 cleaning fee. Extra $200 fee for each pet & cleanup.

To be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, minus any amounts required to cover unpaid fees or repairs beyond normal wear and tear
