The space

It's a small private room with very quiet furniture.
It is an old 5-story building.
There is no elevator.
There is no doorman.
The room is on the 5th floor.
You have your own room and we have our room.
This is a sharing apartment. We have only one bathroom.
The apartment has kitchen and bathroom to share with us.

Less than 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway station, C and E lines (50th st)
Nearest bus stop (M50) (M11) 2 minutes walk.
Times Square, Broadway Musical theatre, Central Park and Columbus Circle are within walking distance.

No drugs
No heavy cooking

⭐️Room is very small, It is not suitable for people who stay in room all day doing remote work or remote classes.

⭐️ No outside guest, only those named on the booking are allowed on the premises.

⭐️It is prohibited to play musical instruments or practice singing inside the apartment

⭐️Exiting to the roof is prohibited except in emergencies.

⭐️Bringing or charging electric bicycles, electric skateboards, electric kick boards, etc. into the apartments is prohibited.

・Please take off your shoes in the house!
・Please clean up after using the kitchen．
・Please Quiet hours after 10PM．
・Absolutely NO parties or groups of people allowed in the apartment.

Please keep in mind, it is a NOT luxury hotel building that usually would have doormen or elevator.
This is an old historical building with NO elevator and NO doormen.
But its very quiet and clean and we have a great neighbors next to us who is clean and polite people.
It is a 5th floor walk up and we are last top floor in the building which makes it very quiet room to rest !
