The apartment is located in the heart of Manhattan.
Steps from the theater district, Times Square, and Broadway.
Central Park, Restaurant Row,
Post offices, banks, supermarkets, drug stores, subways, and buses are all around.
Most important is that the apartment is in a safe area !



Private small room very quite and comfortable.

＊We respect the privacy of our guests.
　We will not clean the guest room while the guest is staying.



・This is an old 5-story apartment building where 20 families live.
・Since it is on the 5th floor, you have to climb the stairs.
・There is no elevator.
・There is a paid coin laundry in the basement for residents only.
・There are no noise problems.
・There are no strange people living this apartment building.
・There is no problem with hot water.
・There is no problem with the steam heater during winter.


The room has one window.
But don't expect a great view.
What you can see from the window is the window of the room across from you.



Please keep in mind, it is a NOT luxury hotel building that usually would have doormen or elevator.
This is an old historical building with NO elevator and NO doormen.
But its very quiet and clean and we have a great neighbors next to us who is clean and polite people.
Before you pick this room please look at the pictures and decide if you like it or not.
It is a 5th floor walk up and we are last top floor in the building which makes it very quiet room to rest !
