You're renting my apartment on the third floor of a small building in the heart of Chelsea, close to public transportation and everything Manhattan has to offer. It is perfect for your work from home needs (300+ Mbps internet, two potential work stations, multiple outlets). The apartment will be meticulously cleaned and sanitized prior to your no-contact arrival. Bathroom and bedrooms were remodeled in 2021.

The Space:
The apartment occupies the entire third floor of a small building in Chelsea. This is the only residential unit in the building. The private entrance to my place is on the second floor (one flight up). Once inside the apartment it's one more quick flight of stairs up. There is no elevator.
You'll walk into the open living room/kitchen/dining area. The living area features a comfy couch, a 50" HD TV (with HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, etc) and an Apple HomePod mini. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a brand new stainless steel refrigerator.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and space to store your things. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, a desk and a closet. I'll provide everything you need for your stay: sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Both have blackout shades.

The apartment has heating controlled by thermostat, a window AC unit in the kitchen, and during summer a portable AC unit in each bedroom.

In short, a great place to hunker down in the middle of New York City.

The Guest Access to:
You will check yourself in with a lockbox and will have access to the entire apartment. My CD music collection and book library is on display, please do not disorganize neither take any of them with you (unless marked as being given away).

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the third floor of a three story building. The second floor is currently unoccupied (if you stayed with me before: the psychic family is gone!). Likely there will be a business there at some point. The building entrance is shared.

Additionally, keep in mind that the apartment is facing 23rd street (a noisy street), hence if you are a light sleeper it is recommended you bring earplugs with you (we provide some in the bathroom as well). I've lived here for more than 10 years and it is not an issue for me nor my partner, neither hundreds of guests who have stayed with us.
