Hey hey! My partner and I are renting out the spare room in our home located in Jersey city, only 30 mins from the World Trade Center & 45 mins from midtown Manhattan via public transportation and 20 min drive to Manhattan. This is a private room with a lock and key, shared bath and kitchen.

Very safe and quiet area! You will have your own entrance! We provide slippers, washcloths and towels.

- No drawing or painting on the walls
- No taking artwork (you will be charged according to the price of the piece, we're artists and that work is our livelihood)
- Only people on the guest list will be allowed in the building (two people max)
- Any cost of damages will be assessed and determined by the host

To be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, minus any amounts required to cover unpaid fees or repairs beyond normal wear and tear
