- High Priority for Hospital Workers: We give priority to employees of Methodist Hospital and other local hospitals because we believe in giving back to our community. Most of our guests are hospital workers or digital nomads, so you'll be in good company.

- Shared Spaces: Includes a shared bathroom, living room (with TV and YouTube TV), a kitchen, and a yard. There’s also a dedicated work/study space, perfect for remote work or studying.

- Extras: Books for readers, a cozy atmosphere, and a quirky heating system that can be noisy sometimes but keeps things warm.
- Home Nature: This is a humble, older home with character. The house is not super pretty, but it’s cozy and functional. The staircase is narrow, and being a 3rd-floor walk-up, it may not be for everyone.
- Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone’s comfort, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m.
- Cleanliness: The home is cleaned after every guest, and we appreciate your help in keeping it tidy during your stay. Additionally, we do a free common space cleaning once a week.
- Flexibility: Feel free to come and go, but be mindful of quiet hours and shared spaces.
