The neighborhood is convenient for dining and shopping Aquaduck FleaMarket, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Steak House, Linda Movie Theater, Shirley Chisholm Park, Target, BJ's, Ochie Caribbean restaurant, Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, DSW, BBQ, Crab Shack, a lot more, etc all within 10 minutes commute. I've lived in the area for over 10 years and have no issues or concerns. The City has 24 hour NYPD patrol service. You can alway stop and ask the officers questions.
