This sunny, quiet one-bedroom apartment in North Chelsea is just steps away from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. It's comfortable and stylishly furnished.
The bedroom has a comfortable full-sized bed, and the living room couch can accommodate a small human. It is great for a solo traveler or a couple.
he place is very New York. It's on the fourth floor of a pre-war building in a great neighborhood (North Chelsea) and is tastefully and comfortably furnished.
Please note: the building is a fourth-floor walk-up, no elevator.
It's a quiet apartment (hard to come by in NYC). There is even a tree outside the bedroom window with chirping birds in the morning.
The place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. There is a cozy kitchenette, (Newly reno'd! March 2025) with appliances, including a microwave, and the bathroom was recently retiled (Spring 2019). It also has a bedroom closet and a desk.
Lots of great stuff nearby: cafes, restaurants, and nightlife, and you're just minutes from Times Square with all the Broadway shows.
Cable wifi internet and TV are included.
And there is a coin laundry in the building.
I live just a few blocks north and can be reached almost anytime with any questions.
The neighborhood is adjacent to Hudson Yards, NYC's newest and biggest development ever. And you're just north of Chelsea proper and south of bustling Times Square. It's a relatively quiet block, a lovely tree-lined street, and a short walk to either of these neighborhoods. Also, you're just steps from the Highline, hotspot Meatpacking District, and close to many subway lines (A, C, E, 1, 9, N, R)
Super easy to get anywhere from the place.. its right by Moynihan/ Penn Station (Subways: A/C/E, 1/9, NJ Transit and Amtrak)
It's a great apartment. I love it and I hope you will too. All essential amenities come with the place: towels, linens, plates, glasses, cutlery, hairdryer, iron, etc.

Please note: I often have same-day departing/arriving guests, so I can’t offer early check-in / late checkout.
Check-in is 3pm or later, checkout is noon or earlier.
