- A special enclave for those in their 20s and beyond, desiring a creative, safe, and five-star hosted experience.
- **Amenities:** Enjoy a complimentary light breakfast including croissants, bagels, jams, yogurt, coffee, assorted teas, oat milk, and other delightful treats. Fresh bottled water is also available throughout your stay.
- **Location:** Immerse yourself in the Nolita/Soho area, surrounded by shopping, dining, and nightlife.
**Booking Considerations:**
- Please familiarize yourself with our house rules and the full listing description before booking.
- Our space is designed for solo travelers or platonic friends. An additional guest fee applies, and all guests must come highly recommended by other hosts.
- We aim to remove the stress from your travels. Expect a video tour of your guest suite and loft prior to arrival for a seamless experience.

**House Rules & Important Notes:**
- Our loft is a lively hub of creativity; we live and work here full-time. As such, we appreciate guests respecting the workspaces and privacy.
- This listing includes access to the guest suite and specified shared spaces only. Our home is not suitable for day-long in-house stays; we encourage exploration and enjoyment of the city.
- **Check-In:** 6-8 PM | **Check-Out:** 11 AM. Please plan accordingly, as we do not offer luggage storage.
- For an elevated experience, a weekly cleaning fee applies for longer stays, ensuring your guest suite remains pristine.
**Your Private Guest Suite:**
- A spacious haven equipped with a queen-size bed, seating area, large closet, mid-century sofa, full-length mirror, air conditioning, heat, and ample linens and essentials for a comfortable stay.
**Shared Spaces:**
- Bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are available for your complimentary light breakfast from 7-10 AM. Please respect these as the only common areas during your stay.
