This is a renovated building with lots of sun lights nestled in an old world walkup (5 floors), at the intersection of Soho and Nolita. Quite cozy place to relax while living in the heart of downtown manhattan, the location is literally as convenience as it gets. What the most attractive part, soho style windows to the south are facing the street bring great light into the place.
Famous restaurants and bars around, one block in any direction will send u into different neighborhoods to explore.

We have 9 windows with full sunshine, it s soho style apartment on the best location. SAFE and Convenience!
You will enjoy the whole apartment when you have up to 5/6 peoples. we have 2 beds in 2 room and several mattress and a couch in living room if someone in your group not mind the livingroom hangout?
4 peoples group fits the best!
Please note:
• Our apartment is a 5th-floor walk-up with no elevator, located in a charming historic building which faces to TADAO ANDO.
• The kitchen is good for cooking light meals and we are home away but my son's toys or family items are still around—this is our real home.

• B/D trains to Grand Street Station (5-min walk)
• 6 train to Spring Street Station (5-min walk)
• J/Z train to Bowery Street Station (1-min walk)
• N/Q/R/W trains to Canal Street Station (8–10 min walk)

From Airports:
• From JFK: Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E train, then transfer to the 6 train to Spring Street.
• From LGA: Taxi or M60 bus to subway line. Total travel time ~45–60 minutes.
• From Newark (EWR): NJ Transit to Penn Station, then take the subway or taxi (~30 min from Penn Station).

Parking Tips:
• Street parking in this area is limited and metered. It can be hard to find spots, especially on weekends.
• There are paid parking garages nearby, such as:
• iPark Garage –60 Kenmare Street
• Icon Parking –375 Lafayette Street
• We recommend public transportation if possible, as it’s the easiest and most convenient way to get around the city.
