so staying in NY costs a fortune, and this place is no exception. that said, it's location is unbeatable. the flat is beautiful and private and in the heart of Williamsburg. a few mins stroll to the subway meant everything was reachable in 30 mins. This was truly a home away from home on my 10 day stay in Williamsburg. Cat was super responsive, always answering questions despite a time difference as she herself was on a trip on the other side of the world! Her recommendations were spot on, and her apartment lovingly decorated. It was even better than the photos and we had a great stay, and feel we have a new friend in Brooklyn!

This was one of the best Airbnb ever. The apartment is great, with an excellent location. It is pretty, perfectly decorated and super comfortable. Cat was very reactive and gave excellent directions. I recommend Cat's place, and I will certainly come back.

Cat's place is so so incredible. <br/>We had such a wonderful time exploring New York as first-timers and Cat's Place felt like a safe, gorgeous getaway from home. <br/>Situated in such a peaceful and lively area, there were so many restaurants, cafes and parks only minutes of walks away. <br/>Catching public transport to and fro Manhattan and Brooklyn was super easy. <br/>Cat has been a fantastic host, she is super responsive and kind and made sure we had recommendations to see the city in its complete. <br/>The place felt large, cozy and comfortable to come home to and I would recommend it in its entirety. <br/>Thank you so much Cat!

1st time visiting BK and Cat's place couldn't have been a better fit! Well laid out instructions on check in/out procedures and a welcome document complete w/both photos & videos. Not that it was overly complicated, but this made things extra easy. The location was great (I recommend taking the ferry into Manhattan and/or down to DUMBO as it is a short walk from the rental and only $4 per person ea. way). The space was clean and larger than anticipated. We found the bed comfortable. Having lived in Boston for several years, I am used to a little city noise at night, but found the location rather quiet as far as cities go which is great for those that might be early birds, etc. Cat was quick to respond to simple questions I had both before/during the reservation. There is street parking, but after driving around for a bit we chose to just park in a garage a few blocks away for our stay. Go eat at Laser Wolf on the top floor of the Hoxton hotel across the street! We would stay here again

Cat’s place was great! It is very inviting and comfortable. It allowed my wife and I to relax after a long day out exploring NYC. The location is awesome! So many great places nearby to walk to and the subway is close as well! Cat was an amazing host. So nice and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This unit is in a great area filled with awesome coffee and food options. It's right by several transit options, we used the ferry that was less than a 10 minutes walk, $4 to get to Manhattan in a quick 15 minute ride. So convenient!<br/>It's very spacious, clean, and well-lit with the 2 large windows. I highly recommend this place, we'd happily stay here again!

Cat was an excellent host! She was very attentive and communicative. The studio is huge (especially for NYC standards!) and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Her apt is located in the middle of all the action in Williamsburg, not far from the water and just 5 blocks from the subway. It was a pleasure!

Location is amazing. Apartment is light-filled, airy, tastefully decorated and well appointed. Everything about it was PERFECT! We loved our stay at Cat’s and her home was the icing on the cake to a beautiful and romantic long weekend spent in NYC for a family wedding. Can’t wait to come back!

Cat gives very clear instructions on how to get in (no one was there to let us in). The house was as in the pictures and has a nice shower. which we really appreciated that we could pick up our bags later (the luggage storage was closed).

Cat’s place was incredible. Located in the heart of Williamsburg just steps from the best restaurants and bars, this is the perfect spot for your trip to Brooklyn. Spotless, tons of natural light but had blackout curtains for sleeping, this is the type of apartment you think of when you think of a trendy Brooklyn spot. 10/10 would stay here again. Cat was kind, thoughtful, and extremely responsive and flexible.
