Eduardo’s place is exactly as pictured and described, and Eduardo was the quickest/most responsive host we have had in our many years of renting via AirBnB! Yes, as the listing and other guests have noted the bedrooms face a very busy and often noisy street, but this wasn’t much of an issue for us. I’m one who doesn’t do well with earplugs (usually lose at least one during the night), but after full days of enjoying NYC I slept well. The unit was spotless and had pretty much everything we needed to feel at home. Chelsea is our favorite neighborhood to stay in so the location is also a big plus. Numerous restaurants, shops, and the subway are steps away from Eduardo’s place. Given the opportunity we would gladly stay here again during future visits to NYC!

Eduardo was lovely and the place was nice. There was an issue with my key, but he came over quickly and fixed it. My only other complaints were that it was incredibly noisy all night from trucks and people outside. The bedroom window is single pane glass and ai could clearly hear truck deliveries and conversations on the street until the wee hours of the morning. Also, weirdly there are no curtains in the bathroom window so I was worried the (many!) neighbors could peek in and see me naked. There were also no towels in the bathroom so I was walking around naked and wet trying to find one. After some investigation I found two towels on my bed, so it ended up being fine. Just an unexpected location. Again, Eduardo was very nice and responsive and the place was fine overall, but I would not book again for business travel, especially at $600 per night.

Apartment in the heart of Chelsea as advertised and close to a lot of conveniences - Whole Foods, a really nice upscale market with prepared foods, Subway lines, coffee shops. Was very happy with <br/>the location - turn one way and you are in the flat iron neighborhood, turn the other and you are close to the high line. Also, Eduardo was proactive on check in to make sure we were comfortable. We did not need a lot of support but he seemed eager to please. <br/>The apartment itself is as advertised and it was easy to assimilate into the space. The beds were a bit soft and low to the ground for my liking (I prefer firm mattresses). AC worked great as were there during some hot/humid weather. The bathroom was spacious for NYC and very clean. Living area was a nice size but lacks natural light however, not surprising for NYC.

The space was as described, although the flights of stairs to get up into the space were steeper and longer than expected. The street outside is very loud 24/7 and the bedrooms overlook it. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms work well, but are also really loud. We appreciated the ear plugs provided. The property was spotless and tidy, with no clutter. Access was very easy, and the location can't be beat. Easy access to the F and 1 trains, so 15 minutes to TimesSquare or SoHo and walking distance from Penn station / MSG. It beats a hot by a huge amount, especially for a family of four.

Eduardo was very flexible on letting us drop off our luggage early during our stay, his place is home away from home, conveniently located and subway station near by. The streets could get really loud as this is so typical In a big city so just wear earplugs when going to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Newly renovated bathroom was a plus, and we enjoyed his collection of Cd’s while we got ready in the morning. We stayed at Eduardo’s place for 6 nights and we could not have asked for a better accomodation. It was perfect! Thank you for having us! We loved your place and will definitely would love to stay again.

We found Eduardo’s place exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and we loved the open design, which made it feel a lot more spacious than many places in NYC. The bathroom in particular is very large. We felt immediately at home. Beds were very comfortable and Eduardo was outstanding with his communication - instantaneous responses!

The apartment is well located and is a nice place to stay. We like the fairly large living room with kitchen and an amazing CD collection. The bedrooms are cute spaces with lots of storage. However, they are located towards a busy , noisy NY street and not the best for a light sleeper. <br/>The host was very responsive and accommodating to our travel plans. We highly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help us out. Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in New York City.

The place Eduardo and Austin offered was great. Very good location near subway stations and near the city centre. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and great bathroom, everything you need. Sleeping rooms are in the front so a bit noisy but no problem to get a good night's rest. The host respond to questions almost immediately. it was a great stay, thanks guys!

Great location, great communication, great rental. We ate a few meals in, and the kitchen had just enough stuff and space. Comfy beds. As others have noted you will need earplugs if you are not used to city sounds, and the ones supplied worked really well, better than the ones I brought. Note the stairs have a curve in a couple of spots, so beware bringing gigantic luggage. I definitely hope to return.

Très bon séjour chez Eduardo. Parfait pour 3-4 personnes. Hôte attentif et appart sympa avec belle collection de Cd, bonne literie, salle de bain très bien, tout est fonctionnel et bien aménagé. Emplacement au pied du métro, supérettes à proximité immédiate. Les petits points à savoir mais qui ne me font toutefois pas regretter mon choix de séjour chez Eduardo: 2 escaliers très raides pour monter jusqu'à l'appartement, pas de lave linge ni de lave vaisselle, bruyant la nuit mais pas pire que dans beaucoup d'appartements new yorkais et si vous avez oublié des bouchons d'oreilles Eduardo en laisse sur place. Dans l'ensemble je recommande vraiment.

Fantastic place! First and foremost very very clean on arrival. Second, the location of the apartment is very good and is central to all you want to see in New York. Only steps away from the subway to get you where you want to go. The host is very responsive and gave many great recommendations. I would stay here again if I came back to NYC.

The apartment is in great area. Many things and restaurants within walking distance or short Uber ride. The apartment itself is nice and clean, everything works, shower, hot water, etc... Has TV with applications in it, so you can watch your programs or youtube, etc. It's on 3rd floor so you kind of hear the street at night (but it's New York, so to be expected).<br/>The communication from the host was excellent, before and during the stay. Easy to get the keys, open doors, etc...<br/>We enjoyed our stay and had no issues at all. Thank you very much.

The location of this apartment was fantastic - lots of places to eat at ( including for vegetarians), tons to see and do, right by 3 subway stations, and so much of the city is within walking distance from here.<br/>There was lots of room for 3 of us.<br/>The place was very clean and tidy.<br/>Host was super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help me with a package delivery.<br/>If you are sensitive to ‘noises of the city’, bring some ear plugs (there are multiple drug stores nearby where you can also pick some up).<br/>We had a terrific stay.

I’ll be repeating a lot of earlier reviews but hopefully the additional testimony helps. Eduardo and Austin are excellent hosts. Communication was prompt and they went above and beyond to help us with a “self-created” tricky booking. Judging by the music collection, we’d get along great.<br/>The unit was neat and tidy - no complaints. <br/>As mentioned in other reviews, it’s a noisy location owing to it being at the corner of two major thoroughfares. Obviously this is beyond the hosts’ control so bring ear plugs and/or a white noise track unless you are a very heavy sleeper.<br/>The trade-off for the noise is that it is perfectly located. Easy walks to almost everywhere: theatre district, NOHO, SOHO, Bowery, Union Square etc. etc. And if walking isn’t your thing, there are two subway stations and a PATH station all within a five minute walk including one that is literally 10-15 steps from the building’s entrance. 23rd St bus route also right outside.<br/>All-in-all, great place and great hosts.

Eduardo’s apartment was perfect, convenient, and central to so much in NYC. The space is exactly what you need in the city - clean, spacious, and walkable to some of the best neighborhoods (west village, flatiron, meatpacking). It’s also off the 1 train which - in my opinion - is one of the easiest and most reliable trains in the city. As someone who lived in NYC for 10 years, I’d highly recommend this space to new-comers and seasoned NYC visitors alike. If I could give the bnb more than 5 stars, I would. <br/>Also Eduardo was super attentive and getting in was very easy.

This was the perfect stay for our trip. There’s everything you need within about a block away, and it’s a short walk to Chelsea market/Washington square/Madison square garden. The place was spacious and relatively quiet for the area. Austin and Eduardo were quick to respond and gave me some great recommendations. Would absolutely stay again!

Firstly this is a fantastic location to explore Manhattan you can pretty much walk or subway everywhere In Manhattan. The apartment is spotless and the 2 bedrooms are of good size. Wifi is perfect, and bathroom is new and clean. The only niggle is the main road it’s VERY noisy, but that’s Manhattan just don’t expect much sleep or don’t forget a white noise machine.

Everything about this place was perfect for our family of 4 adults visiting for 3 nights. We have had the absolute BEST time and we consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have found Eduardo’s place to stay- as it just added to making our few days in the city that much better! <br/>The incredibly convenient location allowed us to see more of the city than we ever have on past trips - when we’d usually stay in midtown. <br/> 4 adults had plenty of room to hang out, the air conditioning worked great, we all slept like babies because the beds were so comfortable. The shower is really nice, great water pressure. <br/>Eduardo had an enviable CD collection and my daughter got to play several; the Beatles, chicago and Led Zeppelin will serve as the background for the great memories we made on this trip together. The TV had great streaming ~ every convenience we could have required was available. <br/>Checking in was easy with a lockbox, and<br/>I have never had an air bnb host that was as accommodating and flexible as Eduardo, he allowed is to drop off our bags while the cleaning people were there on our arrival and then allowed us to check out later since we had late train. <br/>I cant recommend this great place highly enough!

The hosts are completely on point <br/>I had internet issues and they were completely on it until the issue was resolved . <br/>The bathroom ( and house) is huge and spotless <br/>I honestly can’t complain about a thing. <br/>Beware if you are a light sleeper. It’s a busy street full of action but then again, don’t go to New York City if you’re delicate. <br/>Pack light. Parisian type stairs to go up are tricky.

If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation in a super location then this is the place for you. The pictures don'tactually do this place justice, the living quarters are very spacious (which we were surprised by given the location). The beds were really comfy, black out blinds & aircon made for a very restful sleep. The living room is very relaxing, great couch, big TV (all the channels, Netflix etc.) and the WiFi was fast. Kitchen was very well appointed with coffee, milk etc. I have to say we loved the bathroom, rain forest shower (which is huge) and very trendy tiles etc. The communication from Austin & Eduardo was super, they replied instantly if we had any queries and allowed us to store our luggage at the apartent as we had a late flight. I will definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

This apt is wonderful. The location is perfect to access the major attractions in NY. The red line train (#1) is right outside the door and will take you within walking distance to them all. We were never bothered by the smell of cigarette smoke as has been mentioned in previous posts. There is a air purifier in the front entrance to the apt and this keeps the smell out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to eat in. The little market across the street has great things for a low key dinner, or a quick breakfast to start the day. It was perfect for our week in NY!

The positive, this is a great place, big apartment for NY, private, and in a very nice location! You pretty much can either walk or take the subway to any place you want. The host, Eduardo, was always super responsive when asked any questions and to help. <br/>The negative comments, I feel like for the most part are out of host control. I will mentioned them just in case someone has problem with cigarettes (we sadly had to come home one day earlier because of this). From the entry door to the apartment the smoke and cigarette smell is quite strong. Also if you turn on the AC the air pulled from outside will bring the same smell into the house. The last less positive is the garbage situation outside the building. I ended up giving up on brining the garbage out. <br/>Overall is a great place to stay and I recommended it!

My 11 YO daughter and dog stayed in Eduardo’s lovely home for 2 weeks. It was our first time staying in the city and Eduardo was great! He was so fast to answer all of our questions and so accommodating. We were in town for my daughter to take classes and I worked all day. The location was amazing. Easy walk to anywhere and the best dog park is only 10 mins away! At least 3 amazing grocery stores; a full range of restaurants if you can’t be bothered to cook; tons of work out options; and at least 3 great dog groomers all within a 5-10 min walk. There’s a reasonably priced parking garage immediately across the street and a bunch more near by and we had no problems unloading and loading up the car over the weekend. His home was so clean and comfortable and offered a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle. I was on calls all day at a desk in one of the bedrooms and it was perfect. A cozy sectional to relax on and plenty of options to stream. We were much later to check out than we originally planned and Eduardo was incredibly accommodating. Thank you for making our first NYC trip amazing!
