I stayed at Angela’s for a month. The place is very cozy, and this was a nice place to go back to after a busy day in the city. I particularly liked the projector Tv system which I found myself using often. If you know the neighborhood you know this part of town is particularly loud on the weekends so just prepared for that. Also be mindful of the lack of drawer space for longer stays. Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay, I recommend this place for those who want to get down in a lively part of the city

We had a great stay at Angela's place! The apartment is the perfect size for 2 and is within walking/transit distance to anything you could want to do. Angela met us at the apartment and check-in was easy. When our flight home was canceled she was super flexible with check-out time. I would not hesitate to stay here again and fully recommend the apartment!

Appartement très bien situé et conforme aux photos & à l’annonce. <br/>Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à New York et dans l’appartement. Angela est réactive et a su être flexibilité (imprévu à l’aéroport, arrivée tardive). <br/>Le seul petit « hic » est qu’il y a eu parfois une forte odeur de cuisine (venant des voisins je pense).<br/>Nous conseillons fortement le logement :)

Angela's place is just as described. She was great at communicating before we arrived and accommodating for us get the keys. The location is in a fantastic place that is accessible to multiple lines of the subway plus there was a lot a great restaurants right in the area.

Angela’s place was great, we had a bit of a problem with checking in but she was very prompt and helpful in her response and we did not have any issues after that. The apartment is very cute and perfect for 2 and ideal location in the LES. Had a great stay!

We had very pleasant time at Angela’s place! The apartment feels like home, and although it looks a bit small in photos, it has all we needed! It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Angela was very nice and helped with all what we asked for. The apartment super close to several subways, we mostly used the F which was direct to most of the places we wanted to visit, very convenient! We especially loved the work from home area and used it on daily basis, very comfortable and has all that needed. We recommend this apartment if you need WFH area and being close to the subway for transportation. :)

A perfect location within easy walking distance of great eating and other attractions in the Lower East Side, SoHo, and East Village. Also, great subway access to the rest of the city - within a few blocks of stations for the B,D,F, and M lines. The desk, desk chair, and external monitor make it super easy and comfortable to work from the apartment. Finally, the bed was super comfortable and the blackout curtains were a nice touch to block light and sound from the street.

This apartment was perfect for my trip. I needed to be close to NYU Washington Square campus, whilst working from NY. The WFH space in the apartment was perfect for me. There is a Target and a Trader Joes about .3 away so I had everything I could possibly need. When I went to some other areas of the city (e.g. Broadway), it was about a 3 mile walk (1 hour). I chose to walk but there were several other ways I could've gotten there.

What a great place in the city! Super close to transit and central location. Angela was lovely and made things really simple for check in/out and other communication. The space was perfect for one or two people and really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Angela is wonderful at communicating and the place is in a great location + check in was easy! The projector and monitor were both huge pluses too! I was however disappointed that the place was not cleaned before my 12 day trip, and it really showed. Angela was nice enough to send someone to clean the bathroom when I asked, but I think the entire apartment should be cleaned before arrival. Angela said it was because I wanted an early check in so maybe it was a one-off thing. Just some heads up for people planning to stay for longer periods: there was no open storage for my things (but Angela agreed to let me clear the top drawers of the dresser because the listing stated these would be empty), the apartment faces a very noisy street so if you’re a light sleeper it’ll be a bit tough, and the building does not allow Airbnb’s (it’s posted on the entrance and asks other tenants to report possible airbnb listings, which personally made me feel uncomfortable not knowing before I arrived). Overall really appreciated how polite Angela was and if these few issues are resolved the place is great for longer stays.

I spent a weekend at Angela’s place and really enjoyed the stay!<br/>The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need, the bed is comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot water with high pressure 24/7 (hard to find in NYC)<br/>The neighborhood has many things to offer - crazy night life, restaurants, cafes and great access to the subway system.<br/>The communication with the hosts was great and they were very responsive. <br/>If you are looking for a place to stay & party in NYC, would high recommend to stay here! :)

I thoroughly enjoyed Angela’s place. It’s cute and comfortable. The location was so convenient. It’s close to metro stations, convenience stores and restaurants. Lower East Side is a happening area with lots of bars, restaurants and stores. I loved having breakfast at Good Thanks Cafe and Dudley’s just down the block. There was some trouble accessing the key because the machine wasn’t functioning properly but not a big deal. Angela was very helpful and communicative throughout. I would go back!

We had a very wonderful Thanksgiving in this lovely apartment. The location was very convenient for hanging around the New York City and NYU. The kitchen was our favorite place! So many pots and sauces for us to cook. This apartment definitely worth being rent again for the next time!!!

We had a really nice long weekend at this apartment. It is as-advertised and very fairly priced. Angela was super accommodating and responsive to our random / last-minute questions. Check-in was easy and clearly communicated. Comfortable bed and good A/C -- we were happy to return here every evening.

Angela’s place was absolutely perfect for our two week stay. The space is conveniently laid out, with a comfy bedroom, great living room with projector, and functional kitchen. For the price, this place was a steal and just as good or better than much pricier options. The area is filled with great places to eat. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Angela’s home was clean, warm, safe and close to many sights. We parked our car in a long term garage, but could have parked in the street we think. We did see some empty spots, though we heard that on specific days it needs to be moved for trash pick up . They also require a permit which we really didn’t have time. <br/>The bed was comfy and place really safe. Shower was hot and looked like people could cook a few meals there. We just ate out to enjoy the outdoors. A bakery right across, Starbucks round, the corner, and must eat places a few steps away - Russ and Daughters, Una pizza, Ballato and Katz’s deli. It was walking distance to China town and Little Italy. We didn’t have time for the Tenement House that was Nextdoor. We got to walk to Times Square and Financial District on different days and burred back.
