It was such a great pleasure to stay at the property. We travelled all the way from the UK 🇬🇧 and Lavonne picked us up from the airport, then drove us around to buy food and she give us advice on traveling around on the subway to get to different destinations. Her behaviour is not acceptable.<br/>At the evening on arrival day, When we were waiting for a cab in front of her house, after some time she came and was loudly saying that “this is my property, don’t stand here. If you want to wait for cab,you should stand other side of my house.”<br/>she is forget that we are hers guest ! <br/>Our Experience <br/>1. Bathroom and kitchen are very small, it’s so uncomfortable to use.<br/>2. Backyard isn’t clean.There’s no motion light on the way to enter the house. which is very dangerous during night.<br/>3. 2nd room which is useless.There’s so many showpiece, so we are moving with very carefully due to her heard restrictions.<br/>100% Not recommend to anyone.

Lavonne was an amazing host, she always gets back to you within minutes, sometimes may take a little longer but definitely before an hour is past, the place is warm and welcoming, being there feel like a home away from home, and will definitely if I have to do it again I will stay there, and will also recommend this place.

I booked at the very last minute unexpectedly and she made the process super smooth. Check in instructions were clean and the place was clean and tidy! Parking nearby wasn’t the best but yet I’m still happy with my stay. Thank you!

Lavonne is a great host. Throughout the stay she was very responsive and helpful with whatever he needed. The apartment is a very cozy stay and its proximity to public transport makes it a great place to stay no matter where you need to be in NYC.

Lavonne is a great host. She has effective communication and makes you feel right at home. Her place is very tidy and well kept. The Pac-Man machine was my favorite amenity there. The neighborhood was also quiet nd calm. Great place w/ a perfect location.

Exactly as pictured, very homey and eccentric. Easy to get comfortable and highly spacious. Also really close to our destination with lots of local restaurants with great prices and food. Lavonne was so friendly and responsive! Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Lavonne’s. She held great communication, was very accommodating. The space was very home like, stylish and comfortable, and not to mention in a pretty quiet neighborhood. She gave us suggestions on local spots to visit. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Me & gf had a wonderful time at Lavonne’s place. It was so cute & cozy. Lavonne was very sweet & responsive at all time. Nice quiet location, only down side is that the kitchen is small but that’s just a personal preference. Thank you again Lavonne!

Amazing, clean and smelled good. She has everything you need. EXACTLY like the pictures. Will definitely come back. Just 1 tiny thing i wish is for a softer bed. I woke up feeling beat up lol. Other than that, this place was perfect!!! Unlike some other 420 airbnbs that looks like trap houses. This place was exquisite!
