Una muy buena opción para alojarte en Nueva York a un precio razonable si comparas con otras cosas. Nosotros salíamos por la mañana y volvíamos por la noche y casi no coincidimos con el marido de Irene. Buena conexión con metro. Baño amplio y cómodo. Si vuelvo a Nueva York me volvería a alojar aquí sin duda!

Irene and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Our room, the bed and the bathroom were very clean. The next subway and supermarket were nearby. Only the noise in the street was always loud, but that is no fault by Irene, that is New York. We enjoyed our stay and got some helpful tips from Irene and her humorous hunsband Sylvan.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. <br/>A very comfortable room with excellent bathroom. <br/>Irene is a great host and VERY NICE person!!<br/>The apartment is located just 10 min from downtown (by subway), and all<br/>around the block there are a lot of supermarkets with cheap&good foods..<br/>I had a really GREAT staying!! <br/>So thank you Irene!! <br/>I can't wait to book again in your apartment for my next vacation to NY!!

I stayed here for 3 weeks for a workshop that I had in New York. <br/>Irene and Sylvan are great hosts. Although it is a small 2 bedroom apartment, you will never get bothered by their presence. <br/>A plus is that you have your own big restroom which is great, and the metro stop which takes you either downtown or uptown is only 5 mins away. <br/>I would recommend it to anyone planning on visiting new york.

Irene and her husband are humble and nice. The room is not huge, but works. I slept well in a comfortable bed. Own bathroom is superb! This is Manhattan, where the traffic is heavy. But I didn't need to use earplugs at night. <br/>Subway and well-stocked grocery store only two blocks away. Very comfortable ! <br/>Recommended for the solo traveler !

My plans changed shortly before I arrived meaning I had a lot of time to myself.<br/>Irene and Sylvan were perfect hosts and explained the ground rules and left me to myself.<br/>My room was large enough for me and the bathroom space was ample.<br/>Good transport links buses outside and 6 subway 2 blocks away on same street.<br/>It is very noisy outside but that’s not within the realms of my hosts who work from home.

Chambre propre, un peu petite mais pour le temps que nous y restions cela suffisait. Le plus, avoir sa salle de bain et ses toilettes privés. Bruyant (bruits de la rue), mais c'est normal on est en ville. Clim dans la chambre, ce qui est appréciable en cas de chaleur. Irène et son ami sont très discrets, sympathiques même si nous les avons peu vu et que notre anglais très limité ne nous permettait pas de tenir une conversation. Pas de souci dans le quartier, même en rentrant après 22h, pleins de petits commerces, ligne de metro a 5min a pied. Présence d'un petit café, juste à côté de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, où l'on peut acheter de quoi prendre son petit dej ( café, smouthie, gâteaux, salade de fruits,....) pour un prix correct et très fréquenté par les locaux. Je recommande ce logement.

Nos quedamos 10 noches en el departamento de Irene.<br/>La verdad que todo estuvo muy bien, Irene y su marido en todo momento fueron muy amables.<br/>La cama era muy cómoda y grande, así como también el baño.<br/>Esta a 2 cuadras del metro “6” que te deja en 20 minutos o menos en cualquier lugar, excelente ubicación.<br/>La verdad que recomiendo mucho este Airbnb .

I wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but after arriving and walking around, the neighborhood is not upscale but was perfectly fine. Irene's place had everything we needed. Good communication, close to Central Park and the subway to take you downtown and a good value. I recommend it.

I had a great time! The room was clean and cozy and the private bathroom was an amenity very much appreciated. Irene and her partner were very nice, open and welcoming. The metro station was only a five minute walk away so it was very easy to get around. Lots of smaller shops and inexpensive (but very good!) cafes and restaurants close by. Communication went smoothly and promptly. Would gladly stay here again when visiting NYC.

The bedroom/ bathroom are fine for a short stay. The location was very good<br/>being in east Manhattan and just 2 short blocks to the subway. The elevator was in working order and the apartment was clean with access to the kitchen. This<br/>is a good value place given NYC prices.

Das Zimmer liegt relativ ruhig im fünften Stock eines Wohnhauses. Man hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Metro und guter Supermarkt (auf dem Weg zur Metro) in weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuss. Preis-Leistung gut. Würde wiederkommen.

Irene’s place is one of the best property you would find in and around New York City.<br/>Irene was available to welcome in when I checked in. Gave all the instructions needed to settle down well. She is friendly! <br/>Subway is 6 min walk from the property. The area is pretty much crowded so you won’t feel unsafe walking around alone! Has good restaurants around too! <br/>Irene is helpful and also suggested me some good shops around for shopping! Room was clean and nice! <br/>I will definitely come back to stay here!

Irene y su esposo son muy amables. Irene siempre responde con prontitud. El transporte público queda cerca, la mayor parte del tiempo llegamos tarde y nunca tuvimos problemas. Algunos aspectos a considerar: llevar calzado personal (pantuflas) para cambiar al llegar al departamento, tu propio jabón (se nos entregó uno en barra que ya había sido usado), las fotografías no se condicen con el orden y realidad del departamento (estaba más desordenado).
